Free express delivery* 

Transport costs offered for mainland France

For any order taken before 14h, we deliver free of charge your labels within 4 working days: 3 days for the production (file, printing, cutting, packing) and 1 day for the shipment (Metropolitan France).

For urgent orders, an "Express J + 1" option is also available. When the order is received before 10am, it is started in manufacturing after verification, and shipped the same evening (except Friday day). You receive it the next day (in business day).

Attention: in case of error on the files, the manufacturing and shipping delays are suspended the time to receive a corrected file, or validate a proof.

Express parcels transport service is provided by Chronopost in France and abroad

You can track your orders being delivered from the Chronopost website or by calling Smartlabel Customer Service

If you want to use other carriers, do not hesitate to contact our customer service.

* Shipping in 4 days or 1 day for mainland France

=> Shipping in 5 or 2 days for Corsica (supplement of 12 € / order)

=> Shipping in 5 days minimum for DOM-TOM

=> Delivery in the countries of the EU area: On request (contact us)

Deliveries are made on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)

In case of absence, you are notified by mail. A second delivery is automatically scheduled the next day.

An unclaimed package will be returned to Smartlabel (La Rouvière) within 10 calendar days.

Damaged package?

Your request will be admissible only if you issue a reservation in the presence of the driver (describe precisely the damaged parts).

Quality complaint

Your labels do not match what you ordered?
We want our customers to be delighted with our products and experience on the site. If you are not 100% satisfied, call us. We will do everything we can to rectify the situation.

Any claim occurring beyond one month after the delivery date is not admissible.

Change of delivery address ?

Contact customer support as quickly as possible by email or by chat, it will be responsible for changing the delivery address if the package is not gone yet! If your package is already shipped, contact the carrier directly
